She picked up on our style quickly. More importantly, she made the process fun! She came to the house with full sized color boards that were so helpful in narrowing down paint selections. Thérèse has an expert eye for color and tone, and was able to find wall colors that freshened our old spaces and tied seamlessly into the new ones. Working with Thérèse was a great experience, her color knowledge is amazing! After initially hiring an interior decorator to help with our color palette, we were nowhere after multiple meetings – just completely unhappy with the designer recommendations… it was as if she didn’t grasp our vision. We reached out to Thérèse for help at a stressful time and within the first 15 minutes it was clear she was amazing. After listening to our thoughts she helped us identify colors that created the vision we were after, making our project come together exactly how we envisioned it. Thérèse has an incredible eye for color and color combinations. We hired her to consult on the paint colors in our office waiting room and then, two years later, on our whole home renovation. She brings a deep well of experience and an equally deep bag of large paint samples to help those of us without her vision to “see.” Thérèse is also very efficient. She does her homework and provides incredibly on-point analysis that takes you right to the heart of the decision at hand. Given the seemingly endless number of paint choices for every color, how the light in each room interacts with each shade, the varied fixed elements in each room, she’s, well, easily worth twice or thrice what she charges. If you want your space turn out “just right,” I think you’ve found the consultant you’re looking for.

After having lived in my home for almost 20 years and being afraid to make a color change, I finally decided to reach out to Thérèse Landry. I am not a confident decorator nor have ever had a strong sense of style for my home. Working with Thérèse made this process easy and, dare I say, fun. She helped us find a color palette that worked with our new furniture pieces, as well as integrated decorative pieces that held special meaning to us while introducing new pieces that pushed my typical style. I must admit that I would look at a pillow or piece of art and think it would never work in my home, but when she put it all together – it really did. I love my living room -kitchen- family room. Thérèse Landry has a unique gift for identifying undertones in colors. She was able to show us that some of the colors we were considering for our spaces were not going to work – and she helped steer us toward those that would. When trying to find the perfect color for a space, Thérèse considers the room’s features- window and floor treatments, adjoining spaces, etc.- to advise her customers on the best options. When consulting Thérèse on wall colors for our new kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms, her advice was invaluable. After refreshing our family room (new paint, carpet and couch) and kitchen (new paint and multi-color tile backsplash) we needed help selecting the right color to cover the red brick fireplace in the family room. We knew we wanted a darker gray, but wanted input on the right shade that would work with the new furniture and decor in the family room, as well as relate to the updated kitchen colors. Thérèse came prepared and showed up with several options in mind. She pointed out the varied undertones in the rooms and narrowed in on the best colors to consider, helping make the choice so much easier. Now we have the right shade of gray that best coordinates with the colors we have in our spaces.
